A 1 bedroom with a partial kitchen timeshare week is available at Palm Beach Shores and Vacation Villas the week of Saturday, June 6 - Saturday, June 13, 2026. Sleeps 4 but 2 comfortably as the sleeper sofa area, dining area and galley kitchen are small. Rooms are assigned at check in so a beach view is possible but not promised. This resort though is great for adults-- no pool floats or throwing ball in the pool but a Tiki bar on site and there is even food and drink service to the beach just over the bridge and dunes! Chairs and beach umbrellas can be rented or brought yourself if driving. There is a full restaurant also on site as well as a kids play area and daily activities like corn hole, scavenger hunts and volleyball-- also dancing and music in the restaurant at night for the adults and a movie and bingo in the game room for the kids. All activities are subject to change of course depending on weather, etc. A partial kitchen means the microwave may be a convection microwave and there is no oven but counter burners. A daily $ 10 parking fee is assessed at check out. To trade this week it is necessary to call Barb Selvig at 801-870-7323 and in the 15 min of the phone call be prepared to post the trade of $ 1500, pay the $ 475 via paypal friends or venmo and provide the name, address, cell number and email of person checking in. A washer / dryer cash is available on each floor. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance and West Palm Beach has high end shopping and theater. I have this unit only because a family member has dropped out-- no other weeks are available. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am. No daily maid service.
